Spring Break at Mall of America

It's our Spring Break this week, so I told the kids (mainly Brooklyn) that we would go to Mall of America this week. They changed the park from Camp Snoopy to Nickelodeon Theme. I have to say, it is awesome. My kids loved it and I loved it. We went to meet Dora. I wasn't sure how Gavin would handle it, but he was so excited, he ran right up to her and she had to turn him around so I could take the picture. Brooklyn was excited too (we are a bit past the "Dora" stage for her, but the excitement she showed was more for Gavin. It was really cute).

So, After we walked all around the park, we went shopping. I couldn't resist putting Gavin in this adorable "Red Baron" airplane. I see this everytime I go to the mall, and he is finally at the age to try it out. Doesn't he look like a future pilot?! Look at his ears in this picture. They, alone could make it fly. My Handsome little guy!

It looks like some fun times at Mall of America! Gavin is quite the handsome little guy, even if his cute little ears stick out a little bit. Brooklyn is such a great sister to be excited for him! I'm glad everyone had a great time!

I love the giant Dora, but I wonder if she would freak my kids out? Looks like you guys had a fun time at the MOA. You are a brave mom to take your kids on an outing like that without Brian! Janie had one of her "mall meltdowns" in the Gap at Northtown just the other day. Never fails...
