It's been a week since my last blog update, and I feel really bad. We've been very busy and I have to think really hard at what we've been doing. Oh yes...

I've had the Scrapbooking Bug hit me. I've unloaded some of my stuff onto our family dinner table and have been trying to get caught up a little. That was about 5 days ago, and my poor family has had to eat all our meals on a fold out table in the middle of our living room. They are so understanding. Although, I have tried to make it look like a fun new way to eat. "Let's take out a blanket and eat burritos on the floor," mommy says. I must be crazy. Anyway, here is a picture of my work area. Someday I'll look back and smile.

We also went to my neice, Adisyn's very first Dance Recital! She looked adorable, and the dancing was priceless! Just Brooklyn and I went with my parents, cause we were not about to take a 2 year old to an auditorium with tutu's and a 4 hour program. He had a Daddy's day out instead. Here's a couple shots of Adi.

Isn't she sweet?

She's the one to the left of the little boy. Does anyone else see a major resemblence to Nick in this picture? Enlarge it to get a better look!

What else is new... Oh, they are re-paving our driveway this week, so we have to park out in the street until Sunday. Kind of a bummer! It will look real nice though. Gavin is in HEAVEN! He just wanted to stare out the window all day today and watch all the different trucks and equipment their using. Tomorrow should be interesting. We wanted to go stay at my moms this week because of this, but they need us to keep the garage open for them, and we think it would be best if we were here while that was happening. So, I have to put up with all the noise, and smell of new tar. Blaaaahhh.
I think I'm going to do a photo shoot of the kids tomorrow. We need some updated shots. I'll post them later.

First of all, that's just SOME of your scrapbooking stuff? :) Actually, when I start working on whatever project I feel like doing I have the whole spread going too. You've got to have room to make it look good right! And yes, your niece has her Daddy's look. What a cutie!

Of course she looks like Nick. Nick always wears gold lamme' and sequins! Just kidding, I do see a strong resemblance, really!

About your scrapbooking stuff...is the rotating spice rack for brads and stuff? That's a really great idea to use one of those.

I am a scrapbooking reject these days. I can't believe I've let the hobby I have loved so much and invested so much time and money in go by the wayside. Sigh.
